What are 5 everyday things that bring you happiness?

Happiness is definitely a state of mind and not something you can physically touch. I love the quote “What is yours will find you”. That goes to say, no worries, just live positively and the things you desire will always come to you along your journey.

Things that brings Serotonin to my brain cells are: Family, Food, Nature, Time well spent, and smiling at myself in the mornings.

Family, for me family is something that brings a smile to my face always. Being loved and giving love by bonding, playing games, or even just being in the presence of my family has taught me that Village is necessary. To connect with people that have similar mindsets and being able to collaborate with them on any occasion is the best. Family I love yall and remember to always stay true to yourselves!

Now on the topic of food ! First off, Food is Life. Food brings people together in ways that are never wrong lol. I love cooking and creating new ways of making recipes. I have a couple foodie things that ill be bringing to the blog as well. The journey to eating more healthy has been a good one for me, still working though. I think the end goal for myself to be a person who only eats Chicken, Fish, and Veggies. I have cut out a lot of read meat , replaced with more beans and smoothies, which has gave me more energy and less fatigue. Loving the journey so far.

Nature everyday is a must for me, same with smiling at myself in the mirror. Listen sunlight is a literal life changer! Even if its just 5 min out of my day, being outside in nature and letting the sun hit my skin cells makes my entire day better. Smiling at myself in the morning really gets my day started and sets the tone for my mood. I’m a visual person, so when working on my demeanor and tone I have to visual see myself for who I am in that moment. Time well spent is something that I will never get enough of. Being in a moment of time where everything feels right and peace is going through your mind is heaven. I’m a simple person, don’t need much to feel whole and I love that for me. Everything comes in waves and I cherish every moment.
