Hello Earthlings,
So I’m hoping to start homeschool on Monday. First time for everything right ? As scary as it sounds , it’s also very exciting. Breaking the system in my household.
Our “breaking the system” Monday looks less like a classroom and more like life itself. I picture starting not with a bell, but with a quiet cup of something warm to drink or maybe even a smoothie. Then getting outside to feel the rising air. The goal isn’t to replicate an institution at home—it’s to build a new one from the ground up, where curiosity is the curriculum and the world is our main text.
And I realize this is exactly the same energy fueling my endeavors for the new year. Feeling good about this journey. I can and will do anything I set my mind to . Homeschooling this little world of ours and building a new path from my values are parallel acts of creation. Growth, moving forward in a positive direction, giving back to the earth, focusing on healing and learning to get closer with myself.
Both homeschooling and creating a new things require patience, trust in an organic process, and the courage to plant seeds whose harvest I can’t yet fully see.
One cultivates a mind and spirit, the other cultivates a livelihood and legacy. Both are me, learning to be the architect of my own days—whether I’m crafting a lesson plan or a client offering, I’m building a life that is whole, intentional, and deeply rooted in what matters most. I’m grateful for where I am right now. Road to healthy and whole.
